Terms and Conditions
Effective January 1, 2026
Complete San Leandro Concrete, concretesanleandro.com, hi@concretesanleandro.com
Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or hire Complete San Leandro Concrete, a concrete contractor in San Leandro, CA, for work at your property. By browsing the site, calling us, sending us a message or accepting an estimate, you agree to them.
If a signed estimate or contract for your job says something different from this page, the signed document controls for that job. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the site or book work with us.
What we do
We pour, replace and repair concrete for homes and businesses, including driveways, patios, sidewalks, steps, garage floors, slabs, footings, foundations, retaining walls and decorative work. You can see the full list of services from our home page and read more about who we are on our About page.
Your estimate or contract sets out the exact work, materials and finish for your property. Anything not written there, such as extra demolition, hauling or repairs to problems we find once the old slab is out, is outside the job until we both agree to it in writing.
Complete San Leandro Concrete is fully licensed and insured.
Estimates and pricing
Our estimates are free, given in person and obligation-free, so you can take your time and compare. Each one is based on what we can see on the visit, including the size of the area, access for our trucks and equipment, the condition of the ground under any old concrete, the thickness and finish you choose, and material costs at the time.
Material and disposal costs change, so an estimate may need updating if the job isn't booked within the time written on it. If we find something once the job is open that changes the work, like soft or wet ground, buried roots or old footings, we stop, explain it to you and don't do the added work until you approve the change in writing.
Scheduling, weather and cancellation
When you book, we give you a start date and tell you how long the job should take and how long you'll be off the new driveway or patio while it cures, which is the wait while fresh concrete hardens and gains strength. Rain, extreme heat, material deliveries, inspections and ground problems can move a pour date, because pouring in bad conditions leaves a weaker slab and we won't do that just to hold a date.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, call us at (510) 766-7334 as early as you can. Your contract sets out any charges for materials already ordered or work already done, and nothing on this page limits a right to cancel that California law gives you.
Payment
Your contract sets out how much is due, when it's due and how you can pay. Changes to the job are billed only after you've approved them in writing.
If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's settled, and the contract may provide for late charges and collection costs to the extent California law allows.
Your part of the job
You agree to give our crew safe access to the work area and to tell us before work starts about anything we can't see, like sprinkler lines, buried wiring, drain lines, property line questions or HOA rules. You're responsible for any HOA approvals and for confirming the work area is on your property, unless your contract says otherwise.
Keep people, pets and vehicles off fresh concrete for the time we give you, because footprints, tire marks and cracks from early use aren't covered by our guarantee.
Our guarantee and what it doesn't cover
Our work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right, call us and we'll come look at it and work with you to put it right.
Concrete shrinks as it dries, so fine hairline cracks are normal and aren't a defect. We cut control joints, the grooves across a slab, so most of that cracking happens along lines we chose instead of across the middle.
The guarantee doesn't cover color differences between pours or batches, damage from tree roots, ground movement or settling outside our work area, vehicles or equipment heavier than the slab was built for, deicing salts or chemicals, grading or drainage changes made after we finish, or misuse.
Apart from that guarantee and any written warranty in your contract, our work and this website are provided without other warranties, to the extent California law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Complete San Leandro Concrete isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost use of your property or lost income, arising from our work or this website. Our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.
Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under California law, including liability for our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Using this website
The information on this site is general and isn't a quote, engineering advice or a promise about your job, because every property is different. The text, photos and design belong to Complete San Leandro Concrete and can't be copied for commercial use without our written permission.

Resolving disputes
If you have a problem with our work, call us first at (510) 766-7334, and we'll come out and try to settle it with you directly. Most issues get worked out with a visit and a straight conversation.
If we can't settle it that way, either of us may take the matter to the state or local courts that serve San Leandro, California, unless your contract provides for mediation or arbitration.
Governing law
These terms, your use of this website and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page is the one that applies when you use the site. Changes don't alter a contract you've already signed with us.
