About your San Leandro concrete contractor
Who we are, how I learned concrete, and what you can expect from our crew on your driveway, patio or slab.

From framing houses to pouring concrete
I spent years framing houses before I switched to concrete and learned the trade on a crew forming and finishing slabs. The best people I worked under stopped to explain why, and I brought that habit with me when I started Complete San Leandro Concrete in 2023. Framing still helps, because I plan your slab around the walls, doors and drains it has to meet.
Most of our calls come from homeowners in San Leandro and the cities around it, plus some small property owners with bigger flatwork, the larger flat pours like lots and long walks. I want you to understand your concrete, because if you know why we did something, you can look after it and judge our work fairly. I'll also tell you what concrete can't do. It's rock, and rock cracks, so part of my job is deciding where. You can see everything we build on our home page.
What you can count on from us
Every choice explained before the pour
I walk you through each choice on your job in plain words, so you know what you're paying for before anything gets poured. Your written estimate lays out the options side by side, so you can compare it fairly with other bids.
The person who bids your job runs it
When you ask for an estimate, I come out myself, measure and ask how you'll use the space. Our crew does the work and I'm on site running it with them, so nothing gets lost between the estimate and the pour.
Time spent on the ground you won't see
We dig out and pack the subgrade, the ground your slab sits on, instead of raking dirt level, because a slab on loose ground settles right along with it. If the budget gets tight, I'll suggest saving on the surface and not the base, since a nice finish over poor ground won't hold up.
